Fee Changes
Effective August 1, 2008
RCFCU's mission is to provide the best available services at the lowest cost to our members. We are proud to offer the majority of our services at no cost to the membership. Due to rising industry-wide expenses, we find it necessary to change minimal fees to offset these expenses.
In addition to the fees dislcosed to you at the time your account was opened, the following fees have been added or modified.

RCFCU Data Processing System Upgrade
On September 19, 2008, RCFCU will begin the process of upgrading our data processing system. Upon completion of the upgrade, members will benefit from additional security features, the latest technology and enhanced efficiency of transaction processing. The initial upgrade process will require a period of down time for the data processing system. All offices of RCFCU will close at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2008, and will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, September 22, 2008. During this time, access to M.A.X. and CU@Home will not be available. Additionally, VISA Debit Card and ATM transactions will be limited to $200 using pin number, and $300 as a credit for the 3 day period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we are looking forward to providing you the best service possible.

ATM-Debit Card Posting Notice
Effective September 22, 2008, Richmond Community Federal Credit Union will post share drafts, electronic transactions, and ATM-Debit card transactions during night processing. Please remember to make deposits prior to issuing checks, requesting electronic payments or using your ATM or debit card.

- Funds must be available at the time the items are presented for payment.
